Your company is the bathroom furniture factory or trade company?
A: OurCompany is a leading manufacturer of bathroom furniture in China, with 20 years’ experience in exporting and manufacturing bathroom vanities.
How many staff in your company?
A: There are more than 2000 employees in our company, and we have a technical team of 100 people for the product development and production support.
What is the material of the board/ basin/ cabinet?
A: E0/E1 MDF panelcoated with PVC, a kind of environmentally friendly material. / Melamine, /painting. Our company supply different color options. (the board/cabinets)
Our basins are called artificial marble wash basins, and the surface of the basins is resin. To compare ceramic, it is easier to make the tops in different shape, like square, round and so on. Also we can make it into different colors. (the basin)
What is the size of the base cabinet?
A: Usually we supply base cabinet of size 600 ，800，1000， 1200. But we also supply other size if you need. Could you tell me which size do you need?
Is your package strong?
A: Yes. We have 20 years’experience in exporting bathroom furniture, and rare customers have complained about our package. And we have some clients doing the mail business or online business, so they are strict for the package. Please look at these pictures, you can see that our package is really strong and comprehensively.
What’s your delivery time?And production time?
A: As usual, the production time is around 50 working days. The delivery time will be 5 -10 days more than the production time in order to load containers.
What’s your MOQ?Could I only order 20 GP .
A: Our min order is 20 set each style each color.If you cannot offer full 40feet container, we’ll charge other fees. Because the cost of 20 feet container is much higher than 40 feet container, usually, it will increase about 5% cost.
How many sets can hold in 1*40HQ?
A: It is according to products that you have chosen and the size of those products.
How do you control the quality in your production process?
A: Designing Involvement
Supplier Audit (before buy raw material our purchase department will check the supplier carefully)
Incoming QC（before producing the QC members will check the quality of raw materials）
In-Process QC(every procedure finished, our QC colleagues will check the quality .Once there are some quality problems we can find immediately and save a lot of time.
Final QC(before packing the products will be checked again which make Goldea quality)

A: Yes, we’ve got ISO9001ISO14001ISO14024ISO28001for company, FSC,EO & E1 for board, CE and IP44 for lights and CE basin, and also we are the famous brand in China.

A: Yes, we can supply both E0 and E1 boards.We cooperate with first-line E0 and E1 board suppliers to confirm the stable quality of products.
